RMI, Inc.’s Safety Department and Safety Manual were developed by our in-house team of professionals with many years of experience under their belts (manual available by request). To encourage our field employees to maintain safe work habits, we developed and enroll each field employee in our Safety Bonus Program. This program allows them to benefit financially from their safe work records, thus mutually benefiting RMI, Inc. and our customers. RMI, Inc.’s philosophy about safety has paid off, evidenced by the recent accomplishment of working 4 years/500,000 man hours without a loss time accident at the Mosaic Faustina Plant in Donaldsonville, Louisiana.
